GIFT FROM THE FUTURE (GFTF) is an architectural design brand specialized in 'bold and humorous strategic architectural designs' that shape the landscape of a town.

創業40周年を迎える永田建築事務所2代目就任以降、経営者であるクライアントの皆様とお話させていただく中で、「激しい競争を勝ち抜く建築デザインが欲しい」とリクエストいただくことが増えました。デザインが溢れ、もてはやされる現代において、ただ見た目の奇抜な建物をデザインするのではなく、まちの風景をつくり、顧客視点で事業内容を理解し、経営課題を共有し、強みの強化と弱点の克服に向けた緻密で大胆な建築的アイデアを構想し実現する。建築の力を通じて、企業の認知向上やイメージアップ、働くスタッフの方々のモチベーションアップやこんな所で働いてみたいと思える環境づくりなど、多角的な価値をお届けします。

Since taking over as the second generation of Nagata Architectural Office, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary, I have had more conversations with our clients, who are entrepreneurs, and have increasingly received requests for architectural designs that can win through fierce competition. In today's world, where designs are abundant and celebrated, it's not just about creating buildings with unusual appearances. Instead, we focus on shaping the landscape of a town, understanding the business content from a customer's perspective, sharing management challenges, and conceiving and realizing meticulous and bold architectural ideas aimed at strengthening strengths and overcoming weaknesses. Through the power of architecture, we deliver multifaceted values, such as improving corporate recognition and image, boosting the motivation of the staff, and creating environments where people would want to work.
